
Conrad Weaver is an award-winning documentary filmmaker, podcast host, speaker, producer, and director with a passion for telling stories that create impact. For over a decade, he has brought powerful narratives to life, taking audiences from the halls of Congress to the front lines of the opioid crisis, inside fire stations, and behind the scenes of 9-1-1 communication centers.
His most recent documentary, PTSD911, has transformed his mission, shifting his focus toward advocating for first responders’ mental health and wellness. As the host of the First Responder Wellness Podcast, Conrad continues to amplify vital conversations that inspire change and promote resilience among those who serve our communities.
With deep curiosity and dedication, he immerses himself in every project, ensuring authenticity and emotional impact. Through his films, podcasts, and speaking engagements, Conrad strives to educate, inspire, and ignite meaningful dialogue that leads to real-world solutions.
Conrad is a member of the International Documentary Association, The Television and Internet Video Association (TIVA-DC), The Documentary Producer’s Alliance, and the D-Word, In the past he’s served on the board of directors for the Emmitsburg Business and Professional Association in Emmitsburg, MD. He recently volunteered as the Global Outreach Country Coordinator for Ukraine for his church in Maryland. In his spare time Weaver enjoys going on travel adventures with his wife, Jodi, and he loves photography, skiing, and sailing.
GARY MILLER – DIRECTOR OF SALES AND EVENTS
Gary Miller brings over 28 years of experience in Sales within the Christian publishing industry. Throughout his career, he has consistently led sales teams to exceed expectations, driving growth across magazine advertising, radio advertising, and a wide range of event sales. His ability to build strong partnerships and deliver results has made him a valuable asset to every organization he’s served.
Outside of work, Gary enjoys life with his wife of more than 37 years. Together, they’ve raised two adult children who are now pursuing their own dreams. Whether it’s boating, riding motorcycles, fishing, or just soaking in the outdoors, Gary and his wife are always up for an adventure—especially if it means being outside.
NANCY FROHMAN – PRODUCER
Nancy began her filmmaking and television production career following two successful careers in immigration consulting and equestrian retail product merchandising and sales. In 2012 she was Associate Producer of a documentary about the Wounded Warrior Horsemanship Program, and in 2013 she co-produced four episodes of a reality series on paranormal investigations. Nancy is a Montgomery Community Media certified field producer and field camera technician. In 2014 Nancy won a Monty Award as Winning Technician for the PSA Gaithersburg H.E.L.P., and in 2015 for the series Lip Gloss and A Sander and in 2016 for On the Edge of Time. Nancy was honored at the 2015 Monty Awards with the prestigious Bruce Adams Award for exceptional volunteerism in the community.
Nancy’s feature documentaries, Cheers of JOY – The Road to the Special Olympics World Games (2016) and The Wall’s Embrace (2018) have won multiple festival awards. The Wall’s Embrace is currently airing on PBS stations throughout the United States and On Demand.
Nancy is a member of the International Documentary Association, the Film Collaborative, Docs in Progress, and the Washington, D.C. chapter of Women In Film and Video.
